Recruiting into the 95th Rifles

We are always looking for new people to join us in the 95th Rifles. Come,  adorn a jacket of green and arm yourself with a British Infantry Rifle, take on the Tyrant Napoleon.

Re-enacting is a wonderful hobby in which you can lose yourself in a time that was much more simpler, leave your modern life and it's stresses behind for the weekend, where the only thing you have to worry about is being told off by the Sergeant. This is an ideal activity for the whole family to take part in. We are a very friendly group, welcoming new members right from the start, eager to share our knowledge and experience and to encourage members to share their own skills and talents.

The 2nd Battalion 95th Rifles portrays the life and times of Napoleonic soldier, seeking to recreate this by-gone age through living history. We pride ourselves on a high standard of authenticity in our drill, uniforms, equipment and in the camp which becomes the heart of unit. But the one thing we do not forget is that we are here to enjoy ourselves.
